Currently based in Shanghai, China, founder of Reflections, Sabine Menon is an Executive Coach and professional speaker. Her area of expertise is personal and organizational issues with a particular focus on expatriates.
Background:
With a BA in neuro-psychology and MSc in psychopathology, Sabine is currently working on her Doctoral Dissertation in Human and Organisational Development with Fielding University in Santa Barbara, USA. Her research interests are expatriates issues, with a specific focus on women executives completing global assignments
She started her career at INSEAD, France, where she worked in the Executive Education Department. She then worked on foreign assignments in the USA and Argentina. Since 1996, Sabine has been working with the London Business School, UK – ranked # 1 Business School by the Financial Times. As an Executive Coach, she works closely with the EMBA Global programme (LBS/Columbia Business School/ Hong-Kong University). EMBAGs are senior managers and executives aged 35+, from all over the world, looking at improving their knowledge in the area of behaviour and leadership.
As a Vipassana practitioner, Sabine is also very keen to bring mindfulness to the area of leadership.
Sabine is a certified coach and accredited with the ICF at a PCC level and a member of the ICF Hong-Kong chapter.
